How To Convert Your Policy If You Leave Your PGA of America Membership
In accordance with your Group Contract issued by The Prudential Insurance Company of America, you have options to convert your group life insurance to an Individual Insurance contract. To convert your coverage, within 31 days after your membership is no longer active, please contact our customer service center at 866-945-0930 during normal business hours.
