The benefits of this member coverage include:

  • Maximum benefit up to $10,000 per month with 70% of earnings insurable.
  • Choice of waiting period of 30, 90 or 180 days.
  • New members up to age 40, or an existing member establishing their own practice for the first time, within 270 days of membership or firm establishment, may apply for the guaranteed issue benefit of $2,000 per month under Plan 5-5 with a 90 day waiting period with no medical underwriting.
  • Three options for Benefit Durations: 3 years, 5 years or Your Normal Retirement Age.
  • Accidental death benefit included.
  • Survivor Insurance included.
  • Waiver of Premium after approved disability for disability beginning prior to age 60.
